Winstrike have unveiled their event that will act as the CIS qualifier for BLAST Premier Spring Showdown.

The event will kick off with a group stage, of which there will be two of. Group A includes 1WIN, Winstrike, Spirit & K23, whereas Group B is formed of Nemiga, beznadejdi, EXTREMUM & forZe. Group play is a double elimination, best of one format.
Following on from this, the top 2 of each team will go into the playoff bracket, which are single elimination.

Spirit, Nemiga, Winstrike & EXTREMUM were invited to the event, whereas forZe, K23, 1WIN & beznadejdi earned their place through a qualifier. Spirit go into this the higher-ranked team by some degree compared to the rest, however, the unpredictability of best of one matches means anyone could have a good day to overthrow them.

Not only will the winner receive that longed for BLAST Premier Spring Showdown position, but they'll also win $25,000 to help pay the bills. Due to the small nature of the event, no cash prizes are given for any other positions than 1st4, unfortunately.

The schedule of play announced is as follows;
