Relog Media with their partner GRID Esports have announced Pinnacle Fall & Winter Series. These will serve as a rebrand of the Home Sweet Home events. Where Home Sweet Home 1-3 & Spring Sweet Spring 1-3 have already played. The upcoming expected Sun Sweet Sun series will be replaced by the Fall Series, and the later one that will have been played closer to the end of the year will be the Winter series. The first of these events, Pinnacle Fall kicks off in just three days times, starting August 23rd, and set to complete by September 8th.

The two series will start with 16 Regional Swiss stages, the top 8 will go to another 'Main' Swiss stage, along with 8 invited teams. Out of them, another halving will occur where the top four teams will go to a single-elimination playoff bracket, along with four other invited teams, who in the previous set of series events generally had good chances of winning from that playoff starting phase. Will it be the same for the rebranded ones too? Only time will tell.

Already known are the invited teams to the first of the events, which are FunPlusPhoenix, SKADE, Endpoint, forZe, Fiend, AGO, SAW & Sprout. The teams who will be invited to the playoffs will be announced sometime in the coming days and weeks, likely shortly before the completion of the regionals.

Awaiting the winners of the upcoming series are OG, Complexity, mousesports, FunPlus Phoenix, forZe & HAVU, who won the previous 6 Snow Sweet Snow & Spring Sweet Spring events. This means it is possible that perhaps FunPlus Phoenix or forZe manage to win two events, although if this happens, GamerGalaxy are currently unaware of what happens in regards to who qualifies to the LAN Sweet LAN finals.

Finally for this article, this rebrand also expands the length of the run of the events, with LAN Sweet LAN initially expected in February next year. It will now occur sometime around early April.
