Natus Vincere continues to show up event after event, this time seeing down Vitality to take the crown of BLAST Premier Fall Final, 2021.

Both teams started strong, although Natus were quick to establish themselves as the top dog, going toe to toe and matching strategy after strategy that Vitality were able to try throwing on Mirage. Afterward, though the all-french side of Vitality did all they could to give a fight, winning the second map in a very convincing 16-6 manner, on Nuke of all maps, which has proven to be a stronghold of NAVI's map pool for many months now. Despite the surprise map victory, Natus Vincere bounced back to win the decider map of Inferno. It seems that pulling the incredible feat of 16-6 on Nuke burnt out all of Vitality's reserve power, and Inferno fell to the CIS victors 16-7, securing not just the map but the Grand Final as a whole. In doing so, Natus signed themselves a check for $225,000, and Vitality will receive $85,000.

Because both NAVI & Vitality, the 1st & 2nd place at the tournament are already qualified for the BLAST World Final in two weeks' time, the invite was handed to the third place at the tournament, which is Astralis. The World Final will act as the Grand Finale of the BLAST events for 2021, featuring winners of BLAST events during the year, plus the top four teams in the BLAST Rankings as well as the two winners of the last ESL Pro Leagues. This means that the 8 teams competing are Natus Vincere & Heroic from ESL Pro Leagues 14 & 15, G2, NIP, Vitality & Liquid from BLAST Rankings, and Gambit from BLAST Spring Final. Finally, Astralis joins them as above. The World Finals take part over one week, from December 14th, until December 19th, and will feature a giant prize pool of $1,000,000.
