After five days of battles, Group C has ended. Movistar Riders, Players & Liquid will proceed to the playoffs, meanwhile Party Astronauts, BIG & GODSENT will be leaving the tournament at this early stage.

For the first time of this Pro League, a team managed to win all their matches, however a team also lost all their games.

Movistar Riders topped the group, winning 5 of 5. They managed to 2-0 BIG, and then went 2-1 against the rest of the field. Meanwhile a close second was Players, whose only loss was to the Riders, they 2-0'd Party Astronauts, BIG & Liquid, and had a closer 2-1 match with GODSENT. The last qualifier was Liquid, who won 3 of their 5 matches. All of their wins, against BIG, GODSENT and the Partying Astronauts were 2-0, however in their final match they pulled a devastatingly poor 16-1 against Players, being absolutely thrashed by them. BIG went on to win 2 out of their 5, GODSENT pulled just a single match, but for the Astronauts they lost all their matches, and won just a single map during the tournament. However, for the team, often ranked sub 30th at present it will have been a valuable, if slightly disastrous lesson and learning experience for the team to put all they can towards the Major RMR event they qualified for in mid-April.

Next up in the tournament will be Group D, where Evil Geniuses, AGO, Astralis, Natus Vincere, Heroic & Complexity will take up arms and try to outlast each other. Will we get another all-loss team, or perhaps another all-wins team? Time will soon tell, however with a field including the CIS legends of Natus Vincere, and the four time Major champions of Astralis, albeit with a different lineup, it will be a difficult group for all concerned. With both obvious underdogs, and overachievers, this group has the potential to be the most upset worthy!
