It's been a long month of action, but 24 teams have finally been reduced to one. FaZe took on ENCE in the Grand Final, and came out 3-1, scooping the $190,000 grand prize!

For FaZe, it was on shaky ground whether they'd even make it out of the early group stage. Coming third in Group B, they narrowly escaped the groups thanks to a win over FURIA and Outsiders losing to Vitality allowing the perfect score needed to just make it to third place and launch into playoffs. After their place was secured, FaZe went on to convincingly batter Players, scrap past FURIA and also down the current #1 Natus Vincere in a very convincing fashion. This may be the strongest FaZe we've seen for many many years now, recently winning Katowice as well as now this Pro League season. As for ENCE, they must have entered the Grand Final with some confidence, the first match for both of the Grand Finalists was versus each other back on the 16th March, the first group stage game they both played in. This first battle was won by ENCE who played a fantastic game and saw off FaZe 2-1

Throughout Pro League, FaZe played 23 maps, and lost 7, 5 of these were in the Group Stage, and then just another 2 in the playoffs. Is 2022 going to be the year FaZe finally rises to the top of its game once again? Only time will tell!

Coming up next for FaZe is the Europe PGL RMR, where they'll come across the likes of Virtus.pro, MOUZ and Natus Vincere who may be looking for revenge in a grudge match. ENCE shall also be appearing at the RMR event, however they'll participate in the B side, whereas FaZe are assigned to the A side, so they'll not come across each other unless they both make it into the Major from those events.
