In a rather fast-paced Grand Final, Complexity showed off their complex set of talents and bulldozed their way through Entropiq, taking the $40,000 prize and a slot at the Relog Media finale LAN Sweet LAN early next year.

The short trip through maps took us to Overpass & Mirage, where both times Entropiq struggled right from the get-go, on Overpass, their own map pick, Entropiq got just 5 on the T side compared to Complexity's 10, going just 4 more at team switchover for a final starting score of 16-9 to Complexity on map one. On Mirage, Entropiq did slightly better after looking more confident from their warm-up on the first map, however once again Complexity soon dashed their hopes and saw to it Entropiq were put down for good, going 16-12 for that $40,000 prize.

Elsewhere in the tournament, Brazilian stalwarts MIBR once again suffered a tragic early defeat, which will only continue to dig at fan speculation the MIBR era is truly over, wherein 2018-2020 MIBR were constantly considered a top 20 team, however now often being considered at worst not even a top 50 team as they managed a paltry 19th out of 20 teams here at Spring Sweet Spring 3.

This event shows a continuing trend in these Relog Media backed events where the winner seems to be fairly reliably one of the teams invited straight into the quarter-finals stage, here in this final both Entropiq & Complexity were from the invited 4 teams, although the other 2, FURIA & SKADE didn't get out of their first match, both being beaten solidly 2-0 by their opponents, 1WIN & AGO respectively. Previous winners FunPlus Phoenix & mousesports from the Snow Sweet Snow series were also invited, whereas HAVU were the only non quarter-final event winners from the Snow series, the same repeated at the more recent Spring Sweet Spring trio, with Complexity & OG both being invited, and forZe from the first Spring series being the only non-QF invite winner. Starting soon will be the Sun Sweet Sun series, where we'll have to see if the teams in from the start manage to mount larger contests against the invitees this time around.
