All of the Indian teams dominated the first day of the VALORANT Conquerors Championship. In their individual games against Exceeli Esports, Damaru Gaming, and Salt Esports, Velocity Gaming, Global Esports, and Enigma Gaming all won without a hitch. In the other tie, Team Exploit of Pakistan beat Clash Landing On You (CLOY) of Sri Lanka and the Maldives.
The VALORANT Conquerors Championship officially kicked off yesterday, with the eight qualifying teams from seven regional qualifiers and a
wildcard qualification facing battle. The results of all the matches played on
day one are listed below.
Match 1: Velocity
Gaming vs. Exceeli Esports
In the opening match
of the VCC, Velocity Gaming took against Exceeli
Esports. Velocity Gaming won without a hitch versus their opponents. Exceeli
Esports was defeated 13-3 on Breeze, followed by a 13-8 win on Bind. Anuj
"Amaterasu" and Mohit "MW1" Wakle of Velocity Gaming were the
best performers for their squad yesterday.
Match 2: Team Exploit vs. Clash Landing On You (CLOY)
Team Exploit defeated CLOY in the second match of the day.Against their opponents, the former won without a hitch. The opening map (Ascent) was won by Team Exploit with a score of 13-5. They maintained their momentum on the second map (Breeze) and won again, this time by a score of 13-4. HSB of Team Exploit was his team's MVP yesterday.
Match 3: Damaru
Gaming vs. Global Esports
Global Esports defeated Damaru Gaming, the champions of
Nepal and Bhutan, 2-0 in a best-of-three series. Global Esports took the first
map on Bind by a score of 13-5 and the second map on Split by a score of 13-6.
Ganesh "SK Rossi" Gangadhar of Global Esports was his team's top player.
Match 4: Enigma
Gaming vs. Salt Esports
In the last match, Salt Esports faced Enigma
Gaming. Enigma Gaming annihilated its Pakistani opponents to begin their VCC
adventure in commanding form. The opening map on Bind was won by Enigma Gaming
with a score of 13-3. They extended their dominance on Icebox's second map,
clinching the match with a 13-1 score.
All of the Indian teams in the VCC got off to a terrific start. It will be intriguing to watch how
they fare in the competition's latter rounds.
