In Dubai, Skyesports is preparing to hold the first VALORANT LAN event for South Asian teams, which will include teams from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh. Skyesports revealed it on its Twitter handle yesterday. Skyesports also revealed that the prize pool will be the largest in VALORANT's history in South Asia. However, prize pool, dates and format details are yet to be released.

Skyesports is one of India's most well-known eSports organizations. It has helped the VALORANT scene in India expand by organizing some of the largest events in the country over the last year. It recently added teams from Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka to its South Asian area.

Fans, on the other hand, were looking forward to seeing their teams compete in a closed arena during the LAN event. Sabyasachi "Antidote" Bose, an Indian VALORANT Star and Enigma Gaming's IGL, recently disclosed that he has been missing LAN tournaments for a long time and proposed that tournament organizers step forward to make this happen while preserving all COVID-19 safety procedures. Skyesports listened to the fans and players and made a major announcement today that is expected to be a watershed moment in the South Asian VALORANT scene.

In the current Skyesports VALORANT Championship 3.0, which has a prize pool of INR 2.2 Million, all of South Asia's finest teams have competed to be the best in the area. After over three months of competition, Skyesports VALORANT Championship 3.0 is down to the Grand Final, where Velocity Gaming and Enigma Gaming will compete for the title of best team in South Asia.

Grand Final commenced on October 21st and will end today, October 23rd. Since Velocity Gaming won first two matches of Grand Final, they will be the winners of Skyesports VALORANT Championship 3.0. Velocity Gaming defected Enigma Gaming on Day 1 and Day 2 with a score of 3-0 and 3-1, respectively. Final event will be live streamed today at 5 PM IST.
