The VALORANT Conquerors Championship (VCC) is an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for South-Asian teams to qualify for the VALORANT Champions Tour (VCT), the world's largest VALORANT competition. Velocity Gaming was the first team to qualify for the VCC, marking the start of their journey to the VCT.

Velocity Gaming is one of India's best VALORANT teams. The team was founded in August 2020 and has just undergone a major roster overhaul. The two Indian eSports titans, Velocity Gaming and Global Esports, met in the VCC finals. Despite the fact that the odds were slightly in favour of Global Esports, Velocity Gaming won the tournament. Velocity Gaming defeated Global Esports with 3-1 score line to become the first team to qualify for the VCC Grand Final Playoffs.

Despite winning the VCC India Qualifier #1, Velocity Gaming's path to the Valorant Champions Tour is far from over.

The VCC gives teams from South Asian countries the chance to compete against one another and earn a spot on the VCT. India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, and Bangladesh are the competitors. The winner team will be invited to compete in the Asia Last Chance Qualifier.

Based on the circuit points, the winner of VCC will compete against teams from other Asian regions of South East Asia, including Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Vietnam, as well as teams from Japan and Korea. The winner of Asia's Last Chance Qualifier will compete in the VCT 2021.

The VCT 2021 is the conclusion of a year-long tournament series around the world to determine which VALORANT squad is the finest in the world.

To qualify for the Asia Last Chance Qualifier, Velocity Gaming must win the VALORANT Conquerors Championship. If they do, they will compete against the greatest teams in the world in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2021.
