In the combination of teams that were not participating in the Call of Duty Championship, as they finished beyond the top eight in overall standings, Seattle Surge and London Royal Ravens started the second day at Major Five.

Close
combat on Hardpoint on Raid began the action with Seattle winning the match by
three points, 250-247. Prestinni led the way for Seattle with a 33-23 mark.
Afro, held it down for London, covering 31-23 with 56 seconds of hill time.
Seattle continued its activities with a 6-2 win on Search and Destroy on
Moscow, with a lead 2-0. Octane took the load with a 9-2 scoreline, he dealt
with 1,596 damage in the entire match.
On
Garrison Control, London stood at defense, and Surge moved on with the map.
Although, in the end, this did not matter. Seattle finished the fifth round
with a clutch win. This eliminated London from the Major and ending its 2021
season.
The
next match was between New York Subliners and Florida Mutineers. The match
began with Checkmate Hardpoint. New York did not have Clayster’s veteran
leadership. Due to this the young gunners fell early but came back with a truly
impressive comeback after being down by almost 100 points. Florida was able to
survive the onslaught. Winning the map one with 250-207.
Game
two was Miami SnD. Florida was able to protect their homeland and take a 2-0
series lead with a 6-4 win. Owakening held it down at 9-7 in the game.
Checkmate Control was next, and it had gone to a decisive round five. Here New
York fought well to stay alive in the series which helped them gather momentum
after a rough road they had been through earlier.
The series then switched to Raid Hardpoint. This was a strong map for both teams. The game was outstanding till the end. But New York Subliners were able to survive. Thanks to Hydra’s slaying prowess at 22-16 and Diamondcon’s very strong objective play.

The
final map was delayed for some time due to technical reasons. But neither of
the teams was anxious as the series moved to Standoff Snd. The teams fought in
lockstep till the end, but New York survived and clutched up to round 11 taking
the game 6-5 and series 3-2.
