VALORANT Pro Jay “Sinatraa” Won’s ex-girlfriend accused him of multiple instances of emotional manipulation and sexual abuse with documents that included voice recordings of the former OWL player's conduct.

Riot Games has revealed that Sinatraa has been suspended from all VALORANT competitions until further notice as they have launched an investigation regarding the allegations of sexual abuse made by Sinatraa's ex-girlfriend. This suspension includes the upcoming VCT Stage 1 Masters, scheduled for this weekend.

The official North American Valorant esports account made an announcement on March 10th, 2021, explaining that they are aware of the current situation regarding Jay “Sinatraa” Won and have launched an investigation. They further explained that as per their existing competitive rules and investigative process, a decision has been made to suspend Won throughout the investigation and therefore he will not be able to compete this weekend.

Sinatraa responded to the allegation: Sinatraa stated that Cleo (his ex) recalls their relationship differently than he does. He apologized to Cleo and regretted how things ended. He further clarified that he never assaulted her in any way and he is fully cooperating with the investigations and providing the full audio and video clips Cleo referenced in her post.

Sentinels also suspended Sinatraa from the team until further notice. They confirmed that they have launched an investigation internally.
