With the end of Masters One, the first
round of the VALORANT Champions Tour came to an end, and the first round of VCT
points were allocated to the world's best teams.
Professional VALORANT teams from around
the world are getting closer to a place in the Champions final at the end of
the year. However, based on their Masters results, some teams have advanced
further than others.
In terms of both viewership and
highlights, North America is a red-hot zone. Several organizations believe
VALORANT has a promising future in this area and have jumped in headfirst.
The current rankings of the teams in terms of overall VCT points are as follows. The top two teams at the end of the season will be automatically qualified for the Champions League.
PLACE | TEAM | POINTS (MASTERS ONE) |
First | Sentinels | 100 |
Second | FaZe Clan | 70 |
Third/fourth | Gen.G | 45 |
Third/fourth | Team Envy | 45 |

Fifth/sixth | Luminosity | 20 |
Seventh/eighth | XSET | 10 |
Seventh/eighth | Immortals | 10 |
VCT NA Masters One
With a first-place finish at the first
NA Masters event in March, Sentinels won with 100 points. Tyson "TenZ" Ngo
was brought in to fill the void left by Jay "sinatraa" Won just a day
before the tournament started.
Although FaZe were unable to defeat
Sentinels during Masters, they expertly destroyed every other team they
encountered.
FaZe dominated the rest of the NA field by mixing violence and unpredictability while riding the hot performance of Andrej "babybay" Francisty.
At Masters, both Gen.G and Team Envy
had strong showings, finishing third and fourth, respectively, and also taking
a series from each other. They had the privilege of losing to FaZe as well.
The open qualifiers for Phase Two's
Challengers One event kick off the VALORANT Champions Tour in North America on
April 1.
Also check out how Sentinels Shahzam took down Faze.
That’s it for the highlights this week.
Stay tuned, for the upcoming weeks updates and championships.
