As shown on VALORANT leaderboard, 100 Thieves' Peter "Asuna" Mazuryk has become the best player in North American region. He secured two positions on the top with an excellent rating.

Riot Games added regional leaderboards in Episode 2, replacing the previous monthly leaderboard. Top Radiants are now continuously changing, however consistent performance can help retain your position. Though this new update makes evaluating individual performance easier, the competition has become fierce. Landing a spot on top-ten is a colossal milestone after Act II.

Amidst the challenging race, 100 Thieves' Asuna has not only burst into the top-ten but has acquired two top positions for himself. His alternate account, haley, currently ranks on number one whereas the main account 100T Asuna ranks second in the North American region. The player acquired 868 points on his main account. His alternate account secured the second position with 845 points.

Reaching high ranks in a solo queue is remarkable in VALORANT. Asuna was not alone on his journey to the top of the leaderboards, he had help from other players.

Asuna’s journey to the top wasn't an easy one as skill ceiling in VALORANT has started to grow considerably as tons of teams have entered the competition with skilled VALORANT professionals.

While retaining a position on the leaderboard is a task in itself, Asuna's promising performance across different tournaments warrants his long-stay in top-ten. He joined 100T in October. Since then, he's remained a key player in the team and is also pegged as one of the best duelists. Asuna played a major role in 100T winning First Strike: North America.
