TNC Predator has stated that it will be moving on from its current roster, less than two months after declaring that it will be taking an extended break from Dota 2 contests. TNC announced a day before yesterday that it is preparing to release all five of its current players following extensive internal negotiations and a mutual agreement that this is in both parties' best interests.
It's been quite the journey these past three to four years.

On September 15, 2021, TNC Predator will announce the free agency of its full roster. TNC and its players have discussed in terms of individual growth and agreed that this would be the best decision moving forward. pic.twitter.com/aH18lkwlgv
TNC originally framed their break as a chance for players to
"recharge and refocus" before returning to practise for the next
round of Major tournaments, which will begin after The International 10
concludes. Failure to qualify for a position at TI, on the other hand, appears
to have prompted the organisation to undertake some drastic changes.
In terms of the players, this will let them to continue
playing together as an autonomous roster leading up to the shuffle season,
which begins after TI10 in October. Alternatively, they may take a vacation
from competing, practise, and engage in discussions with other organisations
over the coming weeks and months.
The following is the whole roster that has been released:
- Gabbi
- Armel
- Jun “Bok” Kanehara
- Timothy “Tims” Randrup
- Marvin “Boomy” Rushton

Bok and Boomy only joined TNC for the second season of the Dota Pro Circuit in 2021, therefore they'll be no strangers to the free agency market. TNC's breakup with Gabbi, Armel, and Tims will be the catalyst for serious transformation. Since 2018, all three players have virtually exclusively played for TNC, with Tims joining the team in December 2016.
