Syed “SumaiL” Hassan is poised to return to OG's lineup ahead of The International 10 regional qualifiers, following the news of Anathan “Ana” Pham departing both Dota 2 and OG.
In pure OG fashion, our road to qualify to TI this year is not the smoothest.

In the Dota 2 esports scene, OG has been a bit of a thorn in
the side. After forming, the team quickly established itself as one of the
greatest by winning two TIs in a row. However, since their inception, their
journey has been anything from smooth. They developed into who they are after a
series of gameplan and personnel adjustments. But, of all the OG stories in
Dota 2 esports, the finest of them all is about a group of buddies that won two
TIs in a row.
Ana, the team's standout safe-laner, has played a crucial role in their incredible journey. However, OG fans have been left disappointed by his early departure from both the squad and the professional Dota 2 scene. While everyone speculated about who would be taking his place as the team's new safe-laner in Dota 2, OG confirmed that SumaiL will be joining the team ahead of the team's regional qualifiers for The International 10.
Anathan “Ana” Pham has left OG and will no longer be a
professional Dota 2 player. Ana will no longer be a member of the OG squad,
according to a press release issued on June 14th, 2021. Ana
announced in an open letter that he will be leaving professional Dota 2 to
pursue other interests in his life.
Ana returned to OG's active squad in April for Season 2 of the 2021 Dota Pro Circuit before declaring his retirement (DPC). OG, on the other hand, did not qualify for the recently finished WePlay AniMajor, and so did not receive a direct invitation to The International 10 (TI10) in Stockholm, Sweden, in August. The regional qualifiers for Europe, which will be held from July 7th to July 10th, 2021 are still open to OG. However, one of the team's legends will be missing.
.@anadota99 has decided to no longer compete in Dota 2.
