Sentinels signs Surefour as a Content Creator:

The DPS Legend is stepping down from the competitive scene to focus on streaming.

Lane Roberts who is known as “Surefour” is retiring from competitive Overwatch and signing with Sentinels to go after full-time content creation.

During the 2020 Overwatch League season, Surefour who played for the Toronto Defiant is now retiring after rising through ranks and competing at the highest level.

Surefour who is known for his outstanding performance with Team Canada in 2017 and 2018 and also with the Los Angeles Gladiators has decided to pursue his full time into other games like VALORANT and Apex Legends also streaming full-time for his followers on Twitch.

Sentinels director of esports Charlie Lipsie said that adding Surefour to their content creation roster marks the next step in continuing to build for the future of Sentinels. They are confident that his personality will shine as a member of Sentinels for years to come.

Sentinels chairman Rob Moore said that Surefour has always been a talented and versatile competitor. They are looking forward to supporting him in this next chapter of his career.

Sentinels field competitive teams in Apex Legends, Halo, Fortnite, and Valorant. As of now, the Organization is concentrated on adding to its content creation layout.


Valentine and Faith join Boston Uprising:

The Boston’s Uprising has officially announced their 2021 Overwatch League roster with two new additions of flex DPS Kim “Valentine” Byeong-Ju and main support Kim “Faith” Hong-Gyu.


Valentine and Faith have played for World Game Star(WGS) Phoenix. This is a team that participates in Overwatch Contenders Korea. The second season of 2020 was won by them.

The WGS Phoenix organization formerly had the head coach of the Uprising Boston Kim “Lori” Seung-Hyun and DPS player Hong “im37” Jin-UI.


Flex DPS Valentine is specialized in heroes like Doomfist and Echo and has played for more than a year in WGS Phoenix.

Faith joined the team just in time to help them win a Contender’s championship in the latter half of 2020. He joins the flex support Seo “Myunbong” Sang-min in the uprising backline.
